The key elements of
the program:
There are three simple
parts of the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program:
1. Intestinal
Cleansing Formula consisting of an herbal mixture in tablet form
which you take one to four times per day;
2.
Intestinal Bulking Agent which you also
take one to four times a day;
3. About four
to five minutes of skin brushing which
you do once per day.
An advantage of this
program is that you take everything into your body through your mouth,
so you can cleanse not only your lower bowel, but your stomach
and entire intestine as well.

Do not perform this Intestinal Cleansing Program during pregnancy or if you have any form of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, such as Crohn's Disease, Regional Ileitis, or Ulcerative Colitis. Also, discontinue the program immediately if you experience more than minor discomfort at any time.

Women sometimes experience a change of menstrual cycle while on this program. In these cases, the pattern of ovulation may also change, invalidating any birth control technique involving knowing or estimating one's fertility period.

Intestinal Cleansing Formula

Intestinal Cleansing Formula is the key cleansing product in the program. It is a tableted formulation of premium quality herbs developed specifically to loosen and soften stagnant mucoid plaque in the intestines. Special Formula Bulking Agent
HOL05 - 12oz
Special Formula Bulking Agent is the original bulking agent formulation. This formulation is preferred primarily by persons with severe infestations of candida parasitic yeast. Others prefer its lesser diuretic activity, and some simply prefer its different taste. Whatever the reason, Special Formula Bulking Agent may be used in place of the Intestinal Bulking Agent II or III whenever necessary or desired.
Like the Intestinal Bulking Agent II or III, the Special Formula Bulking Agent will enhance the growth of lactobacteria in the body when used together with the Intestinal Cleansing Formula tablets. Since lactobacteria are antagonistic to the parasitic candida organisms, rapidly increasing lactobacteria may rapidly kill the candida as well. If the candida infestation is severe, candida may be killed so rapidly that well-known candida "die-off" reactions occur, such as headaches, nausea, constipation, gas, and other symptoms. The Special Formula Bulking Agent formulation increases lactobacteria much more slowly than does the Intestinal Bulking Agent II or III so that candida die-off reactions will usually not occur.

The intestinal cleansing products have some of this same prebiotic activity but should not be taken continuously since homeostasis (the body becomes used to the products and they loose their effectiveness) will occur. Lactobacteria Food III, however, has no such effect and is thus ideally suited as a maintenance product to be taken between rounds of using the Holistic Horizons intestinal cleansing products. You may now promote an abundant colonization of lactobacteria year round!

Using the skin brush
to fully benefit from the program:
Like the colon, the lymphatic system can
contain stagnant waste matter.
To feel the full benefit of the Robert Gray Intestinal
Cleansing Program,
it is important to use skin brushing to stimulate and cleanse
the lymphatic system.
Once the colon is at least partially cleansed, it takes
a few months of
daily skin brushing to completely cleanse the system.
You should begin skin brushing at
the same time you begin the program.
Use a long-handled brush with natural vegetables bristles.
Keep this brush dry and do not use it for bathing.
When you perform skin brushing, your body should be dry,
and should move the brush
once over every body surface except your face, using a
clean sweeping motion.
Do not use any back and forth motion, circular motion,
scrubbing, nor massaging.
One clean sweep is all you need. Start brushing at
your neck, and then move
down your trunk, brushing generally towards the lower abdomen.
Also brush across the top of your shoulders and upper back,
and brush up your arms, legs, and buttocks.
Done properly, this technique takes no more than four or
five minutes
to perform and is very stimulating and invigorating.
You should practice skin brushing
daily for a period of three months,
no mater how long you take the intestinal cleansing products.
Thereafter, you should only perform skin brushing twice weekly,
allowing three to four days between each brushing.
It is best to always perform skin brushing on the same
two days of every week.
