Carolyn tried the sauna at The Energy Psychology Show in Virginia. She is 71 and, for about 3 months, has had pain and numbness in her legs whenever she has been sitting a while.  After sitting, she then has a hard time standing and walking.  When she used the sauna she found that the improved circulation was healing that.  “It’s amazing.  I really love it.”  She estimated the pain reduced from about 6.5 to about 1.5.  As she continues to use it is is reducing to under a one.  She has been unable to tolerate the heat in wooden saunas but really came to appreciate the healing light energy of the Relax sauna.  She said she wouldn’t have thought something would work like that.
