Seirin, Germany, mounted on a 9.5"x 9.5" wooden base. This accurate, anatomically correct, one
piece, soft (skin like) plastic model was developed in Germany
by Dr. Helmut Samlert (renowned acupuncturist and former
president of the German Academy of Acupuncturist) with
assistance of the noted sculptor Saskia Ruth.
All of the main
acupuncture and meridian numbers are on the model. These points
are also recessed for ease of location and practice needle insertion.
The meridians are also engraved and colored for easier
reference. The one piece molded feature of this model
distinguishes it from other multi-piece or pinned models and
lends it suitable for formal office presentations or other advertising.
Includes instruction handbook.
