EAR/CONING CANDLES

What is Ear Coning?

Ear coning is a safe, simple home remedy for gently removing excess wax and toxins from inside the ears. Long, tapered cones are inserted into the ears and lit. The herbal smoke generated works to draw debris out of the ear by osmosis. The entire process is relaxing and noninvasive.

As part of their traditional beliefs, the Ancients understood that the ear contains nerve endings
and acupuncture points to every other area of the body - including subtle connections to the mind and emotions. They also believed that nerve endings were connected by streams of the delicate energy flow which carries the life force energy. When hearing was impaired or blocked, people felt disconnected from that energy. They performed candling to allow for clear vibrational flow. This tradition was also preliminary to many other ceremonies.

History of Coning Candles in the U.S.

In the 1980s, I was approached by a woman inquiring if I was interested in selling Coning Candles here at the store. She explained the simple procedure of using the candle: put it in your ear, light the one side, and wait for it to burn down. She told me that it was helping people in remarkable and unexpected ways. I said "Sure, we can sell them at the store." I had no idea that, within two years, this flippant picking-up of a product was going to set the stage for my best selling item.

In the late 1980s there were no more than a dozen cottage industries established in the United States. Word got around that we were selling the candles - and candles we sold. (5000+ candles a month)

Over the years, we have received many letters attesting to the remarkable benefits attained by using Coning Candles! They claimed benefits for ailments from swimmer's ear to ear infections after coning. Many have reported on overall hearing improvements.

This oil has traditionally been used in many cultures as a remedy for earaches, particularly for children. In addition many people use the Mullein Garlic Ear Oil to soften ear wax. The oil contains fresh wild crafted mullein blossoms, fresh organic garlic, unsprayed extra virgin olive oil and vitamin E oil. The sporadic flowering of the mullein plant, the high volume of flowers needed to produce the oil, and the integrity of the solarized extraction make for a tedious and lengthy manufacturing process. These steps, however, are necessary to ensure the product's widely recognized effectiveness.
