The RELAX Far Infrared Ray (FIR) Bed has a FIR heater within the frame of the bed that generates 150 watts of FIR energy throughout a sleeping session.  This constant source of FIR energy creates a soothing sleep. There is a compartment that you fill with five gallons of water. The rest of the bed is blown up by using the air pump that comes with the FIR Bed. A water siphon also comes with the FIR Bed to make it easy to fill the water into the water compartment. Setup takes about 20 minutes.
