ABS Swiss Exercise Ball is superbly designed to withstand any weight
you possibly could place on the ball while sitting still (up to 2500
pounds), however when using
the ball for exercise you need to understand and observe the
following warning.
Pressure is measured in two ways, static and dynamic. Static weight is

on a bathroom scale. Dynamic weight is you standing on the
