The simple truth is that all of us have too much
acid.
The food that we consume burns with oxygen
in our cells to produce energy. After burning, the food
becomes acidic waste and the cells dump it into the blood stream. The
body tries its best to get rid of
this waste through urine and perspiration. As it is known, urine
and skin surface are both acidic.
Unfortunately, we cannot get rid of all
the waste that we produce. The major reasons are: our lifestyles,
the kinds of food and beverages that we consume and the polluted
